Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days to initiate a return. Please reach out to us via email at cummingsjewelry@gmail.com or by phone at (205)298-9144 to initiate a return.
Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Returned items will be subject to inspection by Cummings Jewelry. Any signs of wear or alteration, including sizing, will deem the product unfit for return or refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3166 Heights Village, Birmingham AL 35243, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance when returning valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for missing products due to mail carrier issues. We will not be able to offer a refund without the returned product.
